When produce bracket by MIM, which one is better for 17-4PH(Catalytic or Solvent feedstock)?

Recently we are supporting two different customers with their bracket production by Metal Injection Molding.

The feedstock we are supplying are 17-4PH catalytic feedstock and 17-4ph solvent feedstock.

In terms of 17-4PH inslovent feedstock, after 4 times of adjustment, there are still one problem for the hookpart of the bracket. The hook part lack of enough strength both for sintered part and green part

While for the 17-4PH catalytic feedstock, we got quite positive feedback from our customer, below is their comment:

Your feedstock presented good results, both in the injection and sintering, as in the tests of Vickers hardness, apparent density, corrosion, microstructure and chemical composition.

Now the customer which tries 17-4PH inslovent feedstock is seeking to expand a new plant, they have come a few time to China looking for new furnace for sintering catalytic feedstock, as well as some feedstock extruder machines.
